- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. orange rind

Directions
- Whisk the flour, sugar, eggs, baking powder, butter, milk, and orange rind together. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Heat a skillet and spritz with cooking spray. Pour batter into the skillet to form pancakes. Wait until the top begins to bubble and then flip.
