Best hens i have ever had in my life. Wow! i had to cook mine quite a bit longer and l broiled them for five min but that is all i changed. Devine meal served with stuffing and made gravy out of the drippings.

The garlic and baking juices reduction was a very flavorful sauce, can’t go wrong with that! The little chickens came out nicely per timing and temps also. Recommend giving this a try.
