- 1/3 lb. corned beef (chopped)
- 2 cups Gruyere cheese (grated)
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup cream (half & half, or full fat)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- onion (A little grated, for the bottom of the crust)
- 1/4 grated horseradish (fresh)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cubed and chilled)
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- ice water (between 4-6 tablespoons)
