- 1 tsp. fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash Sriracha (or other hot sauce)
- 1/8 tsp. grated nutmeg (freshly)
- salt (to taste)
