  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 granny smith apple (peeled, cored, and cubed)
  • 1 pint apple juice (unfiltered)
  • 1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

  • 1/2 head red cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 tablespoons prepared horseradish
