- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- Corn Bread (from above, or 10 cups of your own corn bread cubed)
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 cups diced onion
- 1 1/2 cups diced celery (plus the leaves from the stalks)
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 lb. sausage (Italian mild or sweet, removed from casings)
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp. fresh sage (chopped fine)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh rosemary (chopped fine)
- 1 qt. chicken (turkey or vegetable stock, divided)
- 3/4 cup walnuts (roughly cut up)
- 1 Granny Smith apple (peeled, cored and diced)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 eggs (beaten)
