    Delicious. I didn't measure the ingredients except for the dressing but just used what I had. I roasted the corn which added another layer of flavour. I will definitely make it again.

    It was perfect exactly as is. We ended up topping with a little garlic salt to enhance the flavor but it’s not necessary!

    Delicious. You definitely should let it sit on the fridge for a bit before serving to let the flavors harmonize. It tastes 3xs as good after it chilled for an hour. Will make it again.

    Really enjoyed this side salad! Used different dressing and added black beans, but kept the base the same. This was super easy to make. Tastes good with garlic too.
