Love this salad, did not have cilantro, substituted 1 tbsp dried Italian herbs...really good!

Fast, easy, healthy, and cheap. Went a little less than 1/4 cup cilantro, but was still too much. A tad overwhelming.

Delicious but best if made in smaller batches. Leftovers get runny and brown

Delicious. I didn't measure the ingredients except for the dressing but just used what I had. I roasted the corn which added another layer of flavour. I will definitely make it again.

It was perfect exactly as is. We ended up topping with a little garlic salt to enhance the flavor but it’s not necessary!

The salad is light and delicious. I also added black beans and didn’t use the cilantro.

Delicious. You definitely should let it sit on the fridge for a bit before serving to let the flavors harmonize. It tastes 3xs as good after it chilled for an hour. Will make it again.

This recipe was delicious. I added black beans and used frozen corn instead. I definitely will be making this again. Nice and healthy.👍🏼
