- 1 cup milk

- 4 tsp. sugar (depends on sweetness of cron)
- 2 tsp. coarse salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper (freshly)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 cup green chilies (roasted, I use frozen Hatch chilies)
