Great idea and ingredients, but had to double egg and flour to get the consistency right... had it with halloumi, beetroot and mint salsa, and sour cream, Yum!!

So, so good! I tried them with salsa and sour cream at first, but then tried with hot sauce instead. They were perfect with a little Tapatio sprinkled on, dipped in a bit of sour cream. I will be making these alot!

This is a superb appetizer....made it for the first time for a taste conscious women's group...I used thawed corn kernels and regular flour with added baking powder.Did not use coriander but mixed in ndjua...served them with a homemade salsa dip..fresh tomatoes...Will make it many more times.Thanks.

This is a great recipe. I liked the combination of corn and avocado. The next time I made it I added 2 hatch green chilies and left out the red peppers and the coriander. My fresh green chilies were on the hot side so if you don't like spicy hot fix it according to the directions it is delicious!

Easy to make, healthy and tasty. Made it without the chili and didn't have spring onions (just used normal ones). Dipped it in mild sweet chili sauce (not a spice fan) and it was delicious!

It turned out really well and it tasted good too. I made it sans salt for my 10 month old fussy eater and he loved it will definitely incorporate this in my meal planner!
