- 5 cms root ginger ( piece of, chopped)
- 6 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1/2 lemon (or lime)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tomato
- 1 bunch coriander ( of, reserve some leaves for garnish, optional)
- 3 green chillies (deseeded if you like)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (or ghee)
- 200 mL natural yogurt
- green chillies (sliced, to serve, optional)
