The first time, I thought it was a bit dry! The second 5 times that I’ve made it, was very good, however I tripled the glaze. I started pouring the glaze while still in the pan! Poking holes with a wooden skewer! Then inverted the cake onto serving platter and drizzled more glaze! Super moist , super good, Boo I did me! Warning do not drive after eating! Lol
