- 8 oz. sugar snap peas
- 3 medium carrots (about 1 1/3 cups peeled and sliced)
- 2 broccoli (crowns, about 3 1/2 cups cut into bite size pieces)
- 2 cold water (baby boc choy, tear leaves from center, rinse in, cut into chunks)
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (large, cut into strips)
- 2 vegetable oil (tablesoons)
