Make your own stock and use that chicken. Added butter with the olive oil to the onions, carrots, and celery. The added the flour directly to that after 10 mins. Let that simmer for a few and the two cups of milk and the rest of the stock. Two boxes of rice-a-Roni and it was better than Panera.
