Instead of jalepeno juice, I used 1 Tbsp of pickle juice, 2 Tbsp of seafood Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp Tabasco, 1 tsp celery salt, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, and more lime juice is always a plus.
