- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 cup water
- tamales (– Jim’s Tamales are so good, Sam’s Wholesale Club)

- sharp cheddar cheese (or Mexican Blend Cheese, shredded)
