This is my hubby’s fave salad from Cosi & he said it tastes EXACTLY like Cosi! Although, I used Blue Cheese since Cosi’s site says it has bc, not gorgonzola. I also used 1/4 cup grapeseed oil & 1/4 cup olive oil, plus maybe 1/2 tsp honey. Also added some grilled chicken. DELICIOUS!
