It turned out well! I added 3 pitted olives, 3 tsp freshly shaved Parmesan. We loved it
Cooking tip... to uniformly mince it I minced all of the ingredients in a small herb chopper. It was ready in 15 seconds 🌷

While at this restaurant several years back I asked if the server would do me a huge favor and "slip me" some of the herb mixture they mix with the oil for me to take home. She did (I left a generous tip lol) and after dissecting it, I can tell you this recipe is spot on. So delicious, it usually ruins my appetite for the actual meal :)
