No oven necessary for this fruity egg dish. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a light dessert, these egg whites are light and fluffy. Add your favorite jam to add a fruity twist or top with your favorite sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 tablespoons jam (suggestion: strawberry)

    Directions

    1. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Gradually add sugar and whisk well until the whties begin to peak.
    2. Using a spoon, scoop the egg whites in a microwave safe container and microwave for 1 minute.
    3. Place them in a large bowl o cool down.
    4. Once they are cool, scoop the whites into serving bowls and top with strawberry jam. Serve freshly baked.

    I personally had some trouble with the egg whites, so it might have been that, but overall the recipe was decently good.
