- 2 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup zucchini (grated)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. McCormick Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. McCormick Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp. McCormick Black Pepper (Ground)
- 1/2 tsp. McCormick Poultry Seasoning

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix turkey, bread crumbs, carrot, zucchini, egg and seasonings in large bowl.
- Shape into a loaf on shallow baking pan. Pour ketchup over top.
- Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until meat loaf is cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
