I was a little unsure of this recipe the butter kinda threw me off, but my friend and coworker has these amazing concord grape vines covering her entire deck and invites a bunch of us over to pick grapes! well i had more then i could ever eat so i decided not to let them go to waste. i have to say when all was said and done this is by far the yummiest recipe ive ever tasted no pectin which i was happy for and I used my magic bullet to blend the skins until almost smooth worked like a charm
