Absolutely delicious! Instead of the salsa I did a pico de gallo with a bit of jalapeño, so the the wrap was slightly hot. This is in my list of favorite recipes now. There is another recipe inside this one to prepare the beans which I consider spectacularly good and I have used it for other kinds of wraps and burritos with great success.
