- 2 liters chicken stock
- 2 cups chicken meat (shredded, extracted from stock making recipe)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery (finely)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped carrots (finely)
- 5 cloves minced garlic (garlic, a garlic crusher works a treat)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (finely grated)
- 1 tsp. turmeric (finely grated)
- 1 cup finely chopped parsley (loosely packed)
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander (loosely packed finely chopped)
- 1 can green lentils (drained and rinsed, optional)
- seasoning (generous, sea salt)

Soup was good. Directions did not mention the apple cider even though it was one of the ingredients.
