This recipe was easy to prepare and turned out great. I substituted Siracha for the sambal oelek and my ginger was too old to use, but we enjoyed it despite those differences. I wish our plans weren’t cancelled so that someone else could enjoy it too!! We’ll definitely eat the leftovers and make this again.
