- 1/2 lb. beef brisket (thinly sliced)

- 12 oz. pickled radish (Korean, with brine, see note, julienned)
- 4 noodles (portions Korean naengmyun, see note)
- 1/2 cup cucumber (Julienned, for garnish, optional)
- 1/2 cup Asian pear (Julienned peeled, for garnish, optional)
- 4 hard-boiled eggs (peeled and halved)
