- 2 cups room temperature water (or cool)
- 1 cup ground coffee (coarsely)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 orange peel (” wide strips, removed with a vegetable peeler)
- 1 Tbsp. lavender flowers (dried culinary)

Directions
- 1. In a quart jar or container, stir together water, coffee, cinnamon, orange peel, and lavender. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 12 hours.
- 2. Strain through a fine mesh sieve lined with a piece of thin kitchen towel or several layers of cheesecloth. Store refrigerated.
- 3. To serve, add 2oz cold brew concentrate to a glass filled with ice cubes. Add water and stevia and stir to dissolve. If desired, stir in milk or half-and-half to taste.
