- 1 cup oats (gluten-free or regular)
- 1/2 cup whey protein powder (vanilla or coffee flavored)
- 1/4 cup pea (vanilla, protein, rice protein or casein protein powder)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 Tbsp. coffee extract (or essence, optional but lovely)
