I made these for my husband to have a treat the week after Father’s Day. I followed the directions to a “T” and they were really good. I used Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee and let it steep for quite sometime to make sure it had a strong coffee flavor. I gave this 4 vs 5 stars because at the end I let it chill the maximum time allotted in the recipe but it should probably chill overnight. You want these cold. The cream was really sweet but cut down by the Jamaican Blue Mountain. I would reduce the sugar in the future if I do not have an incredibly earthy full flavored coffee in the freezer.
