- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic (about 6 medium cloves)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/4 cups light cream
- 1/4 cup parmigiano (grated, Reggiano cheese)

- 2 lb. cod fillets (cut into serving pieces, I had 2 fillets and was able to cut into 2-3 pieces each)
- 1 zucchini (small, cut into matchsticks)
- 1 yellow squash (small, cut into matchsticks)
- 1/2 red onion (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh, plus extra for garnish)
