    Thank you so much for this delicious recipe! I didn’t have Thai sticky black rice but 1 cup of regular black rice so I cooked it in 2 cups coconut milk, no water, plus the other ingredients. It was spectacular.! My son had two bowls!

    It was delicious! This is now one of my top vegan staples. I prefer the taste with full fat coconut milk. I also made the recipe with 1.5 the proportions so that I could use my whole can of coconut milk in one go.
