I made a double recipe and used Nestle dessert and cooking cream in the 290 g can for a double recipe and added 4 Tablespoons of coconut sugar, 2 Tablespoons of vanilla and a dash of cinnamon. It was creamy and good. Also I found out you can reuse the rock salt if it is completely dry. We are in Africa and sometimes it is hard to find rock salt.
