Enjoyed these! Not used to having pears as a dessert but I will definitely make these again! The pears I had were already quite soft so I would probably use a more firm pear next time. I found that I had to scoop quite a bit out of the middle to get a good enough amount of the crisp on top, maybe next time I will mix what I scooped out back into the crisp.
