    A fun new recipe to try, but you have to keep them refrigerated on a plate to keep their shape. Double the recipe for a bigger batch! I will probably drizzle chocolate on top to add more flavor

    You should all try adding almond butter or any nut butter of choice... makes a huge difference in taste!

    Pretty good! They were firm and yummy! I would suggest making them really small as they are rich. I would also suggest double or tripling the batch because it doesn’t make a lot. Overall tasted great and super easy!

    Very delicious, much awesome! Can't go wrong with the receipt. And I don't know for others, but for me with the measurements in the original receipt (which is in the "get directions") the balls came out with nice firmness and even more after refrigerating for just a hour.

    It's an okay recipe...mine came out a little to wet, so I used extra coconut and instead of rolling them in coconut I dipped them in chocolate and topped with an almond. Now you have Almond Joy Bites. You're welcome.

    Having allergies myself and changing my diet I had to try these. Also my kids are if on coconut. First batch fell apart. Second batch I figured out the right consistency. Tried one before I put them in the fridge mmmmmm Definitely will make often.

    Not solid enough. Too much wet ingredients. Tasted good but he consistence or the snowballs were a little off.

    Perfect! I added a small extra amount of coconut oil though. I needed a bit more of a wet ingredient. Other than that I loved them!!

    I used 1 tablespoon of honey instead of maple syrup to limit sugar intake. was impressed with it as a sweet snack.

    Even after adding extra coconut, these still wouldn’t form into balls. After tasting one though I don’t care what form they are in because they are delicious!

    These turned out too wet to even form into balls and I followed the directions exactly. They smell really good I'm just hoping they shape up in the fridge and don't just stay gloopy :(

    These are so good! You would never know these don't have flour, nuts or sugar. The texture is perfect. I also added an extra teaspoon of coconut oil.

    I loved these! Like the other reviewer, I also needed an extra tsp of coconut oil to achieve the paste-like texture. These were excellent and I want to make several more batches. My preschool age child loved them and I don't have a problem with these ingredients.

    I needed to add an extra 1 1/2tsp of coconut oil because the mixture was a little too dry to form a paste but they turned out beautifully & I'll definitely make them again! They're guilt free deliciousness in one bite sized morsel! :)
