- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish (1/2 –, i use a rounded teaspoon because I’m crazy about horseradish)
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup honey

- 1 lb. shrimp (Easy peel Colossal, 13-15 per pound)
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley (or 1 tsp. dry parsley)
- 2 tsp. sea salt (or kosher salt)
- cracked black pepper
