Coconut shrimp tacos with a lime coleslaw and red pepper drizzle
Ingredients

- shrimp (Costco's crispy coconut, with red pepper dipping sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup green onion (Chopped)
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro (we did a little less)
- 8 oz. coleslaw mix

Directions
- Heat oven to 400 (making frozen coconut shrimp as directed on package for 6 minutes each side) about half of the package
- Put packet of red pepper dipping sauce in hot water to thaw
- Prepare coleslaw while shrimp is cooking
