I loved this! I actually modified it & used 4 cups of mango pulp / 1 cup of water at the end & didn’t add any extra sugar because there’s so much sugar in the mango pulp. It was excellent fresh, & I’m looking forward to trying it after it sets overnight. Yum!

Came out great! My husband is allergic to eggs and dairy and I wanted to make him a special dessert for his birthday. It was the first time he’d been able to eat anything creamy in a long time!
