- 1 cup grass-fed butter (softened)
- 8 eggs

- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 batch vanilla sauce (Dave’s Keto Coconut, for frosting, use 2 1/2 – 3 cups of hot water instead of the 4 cups in the original recipe)
- 6 oz. raspberries (fresh, then frozen organic)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. erythritol
- 1 tsp. gelatin (grass-fed, bloomed in 2 teaspoons water)
- 1/3 cup boiling water
