- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (course)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (for cookingFOR THE MANGO SAUCE)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup mango (pureed, I cut up a mango and put it in the blender with the cream)
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp. flour
