- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup golden syrup (we used Lyle’s)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups applesauce
- 3 whole eggs (beaten)
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsweetened flaked coconut (also Bob’s Red Mill)
