- 200 ml full fat coconut milk (preferably refrigerated in advance)
- 3 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of maïzena
- 50 g of blueberries

Directions
- Whip the coconut milk up to a creamy froth.
- Add the sugar and continue whipping.
- When the mousse becomes more sturdy, add the maïzena and continue whipping some more.
