- 1 cup gluten (free old fashioned oats)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup almonds (Blue Diamond Coconut)
- 1 Tbsp. coffee (unbewed, grounds, I used French roast)
- 4 oz. dark chocolate (for melting)
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut
- 1/2 cup almonds (chopped Blue Diamond Coconut, optional, for rolling)
