This soup is delicious! It was always a take-out favorite of mine, and it’s totally easy to make at home. I always double the recipe for my family of four, because they all love it (even the kids)! I’d recommend having plenty of limes on hand- I usually end up adding quite a bit more lime juice than 2 tablespoons to get the acidity right. Such a good tom kha gai!
