It was ok. Kids preferred it to normal lentil preparations, adults thought it was ok.

Mild, but absolutely delicious!! Great for young kids, too. (My two year old also liked it.)

Great, mixed in some hard boiled eggs for a (now vegetarian rather than vegan) protein packed lunch. Awesome recipe.
