- 1 cup fresh mint
- 1/2 cup coconut vinegar (or rice vinegar)
- 3 large garlic cloves (lightly smashed)
- 1 green chile (fresh, like jalapeno or serrano, seeded if you like less heat and chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. turbinado sugar (or to taste)

- pepper
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- vegetable oil (Good-quality, like grapeseed or sunflower for deep frying)
