- 1 qt. chicken stock (homemade is best)
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1 cup coconut milk (or coconut cream, I prefer Aroy-D brand)
