- 3 1/2 cups rolled oats (not quick cooking)
- 1/2 cup oat bran (or more rolled oats)
- 1 cup coconut (unsweetened, bigger flakes would work best but I used shredded and it worked fine)
- 1/3 cup honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (liquid)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar (or sucanat)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (thick, such as greek yogurt, or a non dairy yogurt for a vegan option)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 5 drops liquid stevia (or 1-2 tsp honey, maple syrup or other liquid sweetener)
- 1 cup grapes (cut in half or whole)
- 1/3 cup granola (your favorite, to top)
