I think it needs a little bit more fat, but it’s a very nice alternative to traditional pancakes.

These are awesome! The flavors meld together well - the almond, lemon and slight coconut flavors. Don't add more flour even if you think it's too runny - they're ok. And keep them small pancakes because they are hard to flip. Don't skimp on the coconut oil in the pan.
