    Not bad… it didn’t brown tho after being in the oven for 40 minutes..

    Halved the sweetener and used Natvia instead of xylitol… and I used the entire zest of a large lemon and 1/2 juice of a large lemon, flavour turned out perfect as did the texture and sponginess, and it only took about 15-18 minutes in my oven, no longer otherwise would’ve been dry.
