Super easy and delicious!! I modified the recipe (half a banana, one egg, 1.5 tbsp coconut flour, baking powder) and it turned out perfectly:)

Totally loved these! Yum!! I took previous reviewer’s suggestion and added the baking powder. They turned out delicious and so easy to make. Topped mine with homemade jam and coconut flakes. Definitely making these again!

I've clicked on the big green button for directions and the page that comes up is blank. Can you write the directions in the chat? Thanks in advance.

Super delicious! I found that if you don’t have a banana handy, you can substitute it with lite Greek yogurt (also high in protein💪🏻). Thank you for sharing this recipe!

I think it turned out the way it’s supposed to, it was just more dense than I was anticipating. I’m new to GF baking so I may just have to get used to that. I did add baking powder as another reviewer suggested, but it’s still really heavy and kind of sitting in my stomach like a rock. I probably would have only given 2 stars but my peanut allergic 4 year old loved it with some sun butter and honey drizzled over it. On the plus side it definitely filled me up and I’m not sure when I will next want to eat something.

Delicious! I didn't alter the recipe at all and turned out perfect! I'll be making this often

This was actually quite good. I added 1/8 tsp of baking powder to make it rise a little and it had a solid, yet spongy consistency. Delicious with peanut butter and nuts on top! Substituted a Ramekin with a mug and worked great! Would definitely make again :)
