It turned out really well! I absent-mindedly made four slices instead of six. Although I think I would prefer them thinner as they would have been had I followed the recipe :-), my husband liked this thickness just fine! I don't know how I missed this recipe all this time. It was super easy & I love that it required the whole egg.
