Well after reading the reviews I substituted the egg for some Chía and flax meal added more Almond milk and sugar and it wasn't bad! It also became vegan! But I can't say it was amazing.

Not so good. Needed a pinch of sugar & maybe some butter (small amount).

Disappointed. Very eggy. Heavy. I'm trying to be nice, but I'm borderline upset at the cost of this egg loaf... Baker be ware.

Easy to make but the egg taste really dominates. Not sure if I will make it again.

Way too many eggs, I think. I may try again using fewer eggs and baking powder, as it didn't rise much. Did anyone else have the inside look somewhat green?!!!

A delicious low-carb bread with a good texture. Great for making sandwiches and super quick and simple to make.

I did not enjoy this bread at all. The texture and flavor are off. Poor substitute for bread. Peanut butter and jelly couldn't even save it.
