Not so good. Needed a pinch of sugar & maybe some butter (small amount).

Disappointed. Very eggy. Heavy. I'm trying to be nice, but I'm borderline upset at the cost of this egg loaf... Baker be ware.

Easy to make but the egg taste really dominates. Not sure if I will make it again.

Way too many eggs, I think. I may try again using fewer eggs and baking powder, as it didn't rise much. Did anyone else have the inside look somewhat green?!!!

It was good. I added 1 tb coconut sugar and used coconut oil. Great warm out of the oven with homemade jam. Kind of reminded me of French toast. You could use for small sandwiches.

Tasted like eggs. I like eggs so I don't mind too much but I wouldn't use it for sandwiches. Definitely not much like bread.

A delicious low-carb bread with a good texture. Great for making sandwiches and super quick and simple to make.

Not good at all, tasted like scrambled eggs and didn't rise at all even with double recommend baking powder.

I did not enjoy this bread at all. The texture and flavor are off. Poor substitute for bread. Peanut butter and jelly couldn't even save it.
